ULTRAFISH

ULTRAFISH is a pioneering Scanfisk project whose main objective is to integrate a form of fish processing (thawed and rehydrated) into our production process, based on the use of ultrasound and ultraviolet.

After the total implementation of the ULTRAFISH project in Scanfisk, we will achieve an average increase of 5 days in the useful life of the product, eliminating the use of additives and offering a natural product.

In addition, as an added value, the process significantly reduces production and processing times in the different phases, by means of a technology that positively affects the reduction of energy consumption.
